Handout = wks9-10_plagiarism, copyright /Practice with paraphrasing a part of another person's work (and crediting the source).

-  Do exercises related to avoidance of plagiarism and copyright infringement, fair use, "common knowledge.

-Distinguish plagiarism and copyright infringement.

-Summarize the purpose of U.S. Copyright Law and the rights given to authors/artists.

-Explain each of the Fair Use guid

Identify examples of fair and unfair uses for each of the four guidelines. Distinguish Creative Commons' licenses and different permissions for use.   How to use and cite images with Creative Commons' rights.
